Co- Founder of Chemistry Staffing. Matt has served the local church for over two decades as a youth pastor, church planter, and executive pastor. Originally from Baltimore, Matt currently lives in the Orlando, FL area with his wife Theresa, and has a B.S. in Youth Ministry from Nyack College and an M.Div. and MBA from Baylor University. Certified as an Urban Church Planter Coach by Redeemer City to City and as a StratOp facilitator by the Paterson Center, Matt has made a career of helping churches thrive through intentionality, clarity, and creating healthy cultures. He is convinced that a healthy church is led by a healthy team with great chemistry, and loves partnering with Chemistry’s churches to do great things for the Kingdom.
Carl Dodd
Carl Dodd has been ministering to children, youth, and their families for over 20 years. He has served in local, regional, and national ministries. Carl is the Head of School at Eastside Academy, a Christian Alternative High School in Bellevue, serving youth that have experienced crisis in their life. Also as a Mental Health First Aid instructor, he works with churches to equip their youth ministries with practical skills to respond to mental health crises. Carl is married to Rachel and enjoys the outdoor life with their two girls in the lakes and forests of Washington. Talk with me about anything related to youth ministry! An accomplished composer, conductor, gospel/jazz vocalist, and pianist, Dr. Stephen Newby brings a wealth of creativity and experience in praising and worshiping the Lord wherever he leads a service.
Dr. Newby is Peachtree Presbyterian Church’s artist-in-residence since January 2020. He is also the Director —Center for African American Worship Studies at Trevecca University, Director/Center for Worship and (Professor of Music—LOA) Seattle Pacific University
Rob Brower
Rob Brower is a bi-vocational Lead Pastor (South Sound Church) and business owner (Aletheia Digital Media). He has spent the majority of his vocational ministry as a Youth Pastor and continues to speak at youth conferences, camps, chapels, and retreats.
Rob is also a professional, public speaker and emcee. You may remember him as a workshop presenter and emcee of the Youth One Day right here at NWMinCon!
Rhonda McRae
From developing a technology curriculum including coding, robotics, and digital literacy for K-6 students to teaching technology in the computer lab for K-6 students, Rhonda has helped students excel in their understanding of technology. She has also coordinated First Lego League (FLL) and First Lego League Jr. (FLL Jr.) Robotics teams at Kings Schools, helping students with remote learning during the panedmic, and more.

Hollylu Coon
Hollylu is celebrating 27 years of marriage to Michael and has two busy kids, ages 19 and 16. She is the Pediatric Rehabilitation Coordinator for Good Samaritan Hospital and has over 25 years of experience in speech-language therapy. Hollylu is also the author of “The Girlfriends Guide to Getting Real with God”, "The Bible in 3D", and her newest Bible study "The Jericho Road " She maintains a private practice and is a popular speaker in the Northwest region.
