CTom served as Director of Student Ministries for 28 years at one church where he developed the rural mission strategy. For 25 years Tom led rural mission trips creating the experience and developing a platform
for promoting this simple, transferable, and transforming mission ministry method. Since then he has been serving the Northwest by assisting churches in preparing students for a life of service. During these past 26 years, Tom has served both metropolitan and rural churches, seeing over 1,000 mission teams serve over 150 rural towns in the NW. Tom’s serves come at no cost to either the sending or to the hosting rural church.

An accomplished composer, conductor, gospel/jazz vocalist, and pianist, Dr. Stephen Newby brings a wealth of creativity and experience in praising and worshiping the Lord wherever he leads a service.
Dr. Newby is Peachtree Presbyterian Church’s artist-in-residence since January 2020. He is also the Director —Center for African American Worship Studies at Trevecca University, Director/Center for Worship and (Professor of Music—LOA) Seattle Pacific University

Chief Rafael “Raf” Padilla has served with the Kent Police Department since 1997. He began his law enforcement career as a police officer with the Honolulu Police Department in 1992. He subscribes to the servant leadership philosophy and considers it his duty and honor to serve and protect the people of Kent.
