Everett Tustin serves as the Senior Pastor at Hillside Church in Kent, WA. Everett and his wife Rhonda have been Christ in the church since 1984. It has been a journey that has taken them worldwide and back to home in the Northwest.
Tom Hoyle
Based in Tacoma, Tom has presented over 4000 Christian apologetics programs in churches and schools of all fifty states and five countries. As a full colonel in the USAF Reserve, he has also spoken often to our military.
Zack Talbert
Zack has been the Student Ministry Pastor at Crossroads Bible Church since December 2020, after he and his family prayed had been praying about a move to the PNW for several years. Previously, Zack was a Student Ministries Pastor at Atascadero Bible Church, in California, where he oversaw Student Ministries and taught multiple college classes in worldview and apologetics. Zack was a public-school history teacher for six years before transitioning to vocational ministry. He holds a master’s degree in Christian Apologetics from Talbot Seminary, and he is currently working on a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership through Northwest University. He has a heart to help young people work through their doubts and facilitates a youth group environment where no question is off-limits. He is passionate about reaching the unchurched and the dechurched, equipping leaders, and teaching God’s Word in a fun and engaging way. He is married to his wife Alexa, and they have two sons, Caspian and Griffin. In his spare time, Zack loves board games, reading, biking, basketball, and enjoying great coffee and stories with friends.
Ryan Aldrich
Ryan has worked with young adults for over two decades. He’s passionate about positively influencing the lives of young people. A career educator, Ryan’s focus has been leadership, where his experience was gained through serving as a Headmaster, Upper School Director, College Counselor, and Teacher. Ryan has traveled to 40 countries, lived abroad, and has led international and domestic service trips. B.A., M.A.

Heinz Lycklama
Founder and president of Apologetics Forum. He has a Ph.D. in Nuclear Physics and spent 40+ years in the high-tech industry. Heinz has developed and given lectures and courses on Creation vs. Evolution, Christian Apologetics, and Biblical Worldview overseas as well as in North America.

Deborah Hampton
Dr. Deborah has distinguished herself as a beautiful and gifted woman of faith with strength and extraordinary character. She is clearly led by the Spirit of God, applying sound Biblical doctrine to what she does. She is an author and has proven to be an awesome ambassador for Jesus Christ.
God has given Dr. Deborah many gifts, talents, abilities, methods, illustrations, and demonstrations to help spread the gospel message to all the world, to restore and renew, to bring healing and restoration, all “...to prepare God’s people for works of services, so that the body of Christ might be built up.” (Ephesians 4:12)
Dr. Deborah has been called by God to spread His Word through the use of On-Time Ministries and On-Time Productions to bless not only those in church but those in the community by helping people realize their unique “place” in the Kingdom of God in a way you will never forget.
Dr. Deborah works hard ministering what has been revealed to her by the Holy Spirit and through God's Word and uses her gifts, talents, and abilities to accomplish God's mandate to communicate Biblical truths through sermons, teaching, and workshops with illustrations, drama, or liturgy dance to draw people to Jesus Christ. Each Sermon, Play, Skit, Costumed-Monologue, or Drama includes a challenge for listeners to improve their life with Jesus Christ.
Deb Weisen
I have been in ministry for over 40 years, first in Spokane, Washington, and then in Vancouver, Washington. I’ve been married for 48 years and have four children. I co-authored a mid-week children’s curriculum used across the country in hundreds of churches. I directed Upward Basketball and Upward Flag Football and Cheerleading for 20 years. These programs are used to introduce kids and their families to Christ through sports. I have been a speaker at women’s retreats, laymen’s retreats, marriage weekends, as well as a keynote speaker at conventions and conferences. I am an author and podcast host. I am an ordained Elder in the Church of the Nazarene.
Carolyn Lu
Carolyn is a bilingual consultant who specializes in mission & vision development, strategy formation and Goal-Execution Coaching. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Change Management Specialist, she knows how to help organizations move out of crisis and into success. Her approach to making changes is embraced by the leaders she works with because she listens to the organization's best ideas and plots out a plan of how to walk step by step into the organization's best future. Carolyn provides coaching, consulting, leadership development, counseling, and team building to organizations large and small.
Carolyn has a BA from Multnomah University and MA in Counseling Psychology from George Fox University. She worked as a mental health therapist for 15 years in a various settings that ranged from community mental health to private practice. Subsequently, she worked as a Pastor at a large suburban church for 11 years. She and her husband of 25 years have two teenagers, a cat, a dog, and a rat. They love leading mission trips to Mexico and learning about other cultures.

Aaron Bryant
Aaron is a career wilderness guide of 25 years (and counting) who discovered along the way the symbiotic relationship of storytelling and risk. As a documentary filmmaker, he’s directed six film projects including Wrong Way to Hope, How to Win a Tickle Fight, and Mending Lines Series One and Two.
Today, Aaron serves as a lead storyteller, fly fishing guide, and executive director for Family Lines in the Pacific Northwest where he and his wife, Ami, adventure with their 5 children.
