We've started a list of some important info for this year's conference. Come back often. We will keep adding new info to keep you updated and informed.
If you have a question…please email stephanie.nwmincon@gmail.com or blake.nwmincon@gmail.com.
We have changed the daily schedule for this year's conference. Please check it out under the workshop tab or click here.
We will gladly refund your money in the event of any cancellation due to Covid illness. If we (NWMINCON) cancel due to covid protocols, increase in transmission, or whatever, we will gladly refund your money as well.
Please pay particular attention to the first session of workshops starting at 8:30 am. We are not starting with a service, we are starting with a workshop.
Our morning services are exactly that, Services. We would love to worship and be encouraged together. Some topics of importance that we are discussing this year will be appropriately brought forth in the services.
We have added additional general sessions in the afternoon on Friday and Saturday. These will replace two workshop hours. These will be concentrated times of again discussing popular things coming out of the Covid era and moving forward in ministry.
No workshops or exhibits will be open during the general services or the afternoon general sessions. We believe wholeheartedly that everyone needs to be part of these.
We value everyone being together! This will be a great reunion time. We truly need each other. Let's celebrate being together.
No vaccine mandate will be imposed at this conference. All are welcome.
Currently, the state of Washington is not under a mask mandate. Masks are currently optional at the conference.
In the past, our conference is held to a fairly robust schedule of workshops. This year we have simplified. We believe that there are some larger issues that we as a corporate body need to discuss discern and be made aware of. Workshops are still a valued tool where much conversation and learning can take place. Please take advantage of them.
In the past years, we have become nine conferences in one location. We love the specificity of being able to address these different topic areas in our conference. However this year with the augmented schedule and with our emphasis on some larger things affecting the entire church body we will not be offering as varied an emphasis as in the past.
We really need each other. We look forward to welcoming you. Don't come alone. Not just because of attendance, but because of the value of being with others and bringing others that will help you transfer the message home.
